Refund and Return Policy:
For sanitary purposes, all sales are final. When you receive your package, please inspect the item immediately to ensure it is in working condition. We will only refund or replace defective items. Please return the item to our warehouse in its original packaging within 30 days. Therefore, please keep all packaging within the 30 day return period. If you have any other questions or issues, please contact us;
Please do not attempt to return your product without contacting us first, contact us and we will need your name, order number and the reason for your return request.
Please allow up to 3 business days from the date of receipt of your package for us to process your refund and/or exchange.
Regarding refunds:
1. Dead on Arrival
Although all items are quality controlled prior to shipment, damage that occurs during shipping is unavoidable. If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us via customer service courier within 48 hours of delivery.

1. Describe the problem to us using the video or photos in the work order;
2. return the item with the tracking number to our warehouse; please allow up to 3 business days from the date of receipt of your package for us to process your refund and/or exchange.
2. Item Error
If the item delivered to you is different from the one you ordered and we confirm that the error was caused by us, we will either send you the correct item or give you a full refund (if you do not want us to resend you the correct item, we will give you a full refund).

1. For incorrect items, if you can find a use for it and want to keep it, you can recommend it to us and we will give you a discount to buy it.
2.If you do not want to keep the incorrect item, please return the item to us. We will cover the shipping cost. Please contact our customer service before any return.
